Terms & Conditions of Travel with Westcoast Jet

Minimum age 5 years old, weather permitting.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Tour can be cancelled at short notice due to inclement weather.
Persons under the age of 18 are deemed to be children.
All passengers ride at their own risk.
All passengers are to sign a waiver of liability.
Suitable for persons with normal health and fitness.
People with neck or back problems or who are pregnant are advised to remain onshore.
All booked passengers must be at the jetty 15 mins before departure.
Westcoast Jet reserves the right to reassign seats if booked customers do not arrive at this time.
Passengers are likely to get wet and are advised not to carry valuable property whilst on the boat.
Westcoast Jet does not accept responsibility whatsoever for any lost or damaged property.
Food or beverage must not be consumed onboard.
Westcoast Jet reserves the right to refuse entry for whatever reason.

A minimum of 6 passengers is required for an Ocean Encounter tour to proceed.

Group bookings start at 13 passengers. Where passenger requests a change of booking time, date or any other change these changes will attract a $20.00 fee.

Cancellation Conditions

Tour cancelled with more than 48 hours notice: 25% booking fee.

Tour cancelled with 48- 24 hours notice: 50% booking fee.

Tour cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: No refund & tour can be rescheduled at an agreed date & time.

No show by customer: No refund.
